My name is Sharon DiSanto. I live and work in the San Bernardino Mountains helping people just like you find that special place. With over 25 years experience in different facets of the real estate industry - from new construction to escrow to sales - I am here to help with all your real estate needs.
Choosing a real estate agent who has the tools, skills, and experience to make your dreams come true can be the most challenging part of buying a home - but I can make it simple for you.
I believe the most important thing an agent can do is listen.... what are your dreams, what do you need and where do you want to be?

Alright - now you know why choose me but what about why choose here? Are you tired of the hustle and bustle? Do you want more time for family and outdoor activities? Are you ready to retire? Then come to the San Bernardino Mountains. Located in Southern California you will find all sorts of activities like hiking, horseback riding, boating, camping and fishing. Bring back those memories of summer when you were a kid.
The mountains and forests are a sanctuary to those who want to unwind, breath the fresh air and enjoy the beauty.
If you love the winter there are plenty of things to do, snowshoeing, snow boarding and skiing as well as sitting in front of a cozy fire in your cabin, reading a book and watching the snow fall.
The mountain communities also offer fine restaurants and shopping as well as educational centers like the Big Bear Discovery Center and the Moonridge Zoo. The San Bernardinos have a rich and ancient history, abundant wildlife and an incredible nightime display of stars - all waiting for you to explore. There is something for everyone in the mountains.
* Come up to where the air is clean and at night you can touch the stars. *
Effective July 1,2011 the Carbon Monoxide Poisoning Prevention Act of 2010 requires all existing single-family homes with a gas heater, appliances, fireplace or an attached garage must have carbon monoxide alarms outside of sleeping areas and on every level of the home including the basement. BEWARE OF SMOKE DETECTOR/CO COMBINATIONS!! According to Mark Talbott - a licensed home inspector here in Running Springs - since smoke rises and carbon monoxide settles to the floor - one detector cannot do the job.
